Shandong Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd. is the largest subsidiary company of Jinan Iron & Steel Group Corporation (JISG).

Shandong Ductile Iron Pipes produces both pig iron and ductile iron pipes. Through the constant development and accumulation, our fixed assets have reached to RMB1 billion yuan. At present, we have two 350m3 blast furnaces, and the annual throughput of pig iron is 1.5million tons. We imported the advanced Water-cooled Centrifugal Casting Processing Equipment in 1989 and began to produce ductile iron pipes in 1990. We are the first one that produces centrifugal casting ductile iron pipes according to ISO2531 and EN545 in China. There are 8 centrifugal casting machines and four finish lines for DN80-1200mm, which can produce 200 thousand tons per year covering 17 sizes.

We regard the product quality as life. In 1999 we got the ISO9001, ISO14001:2002 and OHSMS Certificates, and now we conduct integrity quality management system. The pig iron of our company is famous not only in Shandong Province but also in China, and we have been enjoying a high reputation in the Southeast Asian markets.

Our another famous products, ductile cast iron pipes, made of fine quality molten iron, are famous-brand products in China, which successively won the "Certificate of Golden Cup Prize for Actual Quality of Metallurgical Products", "China Famous Brand" and "Customer Satisfaction Brand without complaint about product quality and service in China" and the like. Also, it has got the Certification of SGS of Switzerland. We are also the AAA member of China's construction system.

At present, our pipes have been used in most domestic municipal water supply projects, and they have also been exported to many Asian countries, Middle East countries and African countries. Meanwhile, we manage to enter European and South American markets. Our exporting volume has reached 30% of the total output.
